Indications It has a cooling action when hot and warming action when cold making it ideal for colds. It is useful in respiratory disorders such as dry coughs, sinus congestion, bronchitis, pneumonia.

Its stimulating properties are valuable for general numbness of the limbs, shock, vertigo, anaemia, dixxiness and fainting.

It is also useful in relieving aches.

Precautions Best used in infusers rather than massage. Keep away from the eyes.

Best avoided during pregnancy and by nursing mothers
